Ambassador Hospitality Training Program Registration

Created specifically for the metro Detroit hospitality industry

The Detroit metro area is about to host several events that will focus world-wide attention on Detroit. Events such as the All Star Game, Super Bowl XL, the Final Four and the PGA Championships are coming to Detroit in the next few years. This is an unprecedented opportunity to showcase the best of Detroit.

As the media shines its light on us, we want to be sure that we put our friendliest face forward. The DMCVB is sponsoring a class which provides an opportunity to improve hospitality skills, and to create the best informed work force on the planet.

The four- hour Hospitality Training is highly interactive and will encompass the best practices for key service personnel, such as taxi and shuttle drivers, wait staff, hotel and hospitality workers, and other persons with any front line customer contact.

The objectives of the Ambassador Hospitality Training program are:

1. To identify and practice behaviors that improve customer service, and
2. Increase participant’s awareness and knowledge of local attractions, history and culture.

Organizations have several options for accessing these vital customer service tools:

1. Trained facilitators will come to your site (with 20 or more participants)
2. Individuals may attend one of our scheduled training sessions (please contact Jane Bertsch at 313-881-0725 or janebertsch@sbcglobal.net)
3. Your in-house trainers can be trained in how to deliver the program

The cost per participant is $60.
Train-the-trainer costs are available upon request.

Please complete the registration form and submit to us as soon as possible.

Please read our Terms and Conditions at the bottom of this page.
