Airport Arrival-Departure Experience
Support and encourage regional tourism by enhancing the arrival and departure experience for airport visitors. This group will work in cooperation with Airport Authority and airline personnel to:
- Improve visitor information services
- Install more customer focused way-finding and directional signage
- Develop a culture of superior hospitality and professionalism among airport, airlines and contract personnel
- Design and maintain a pleasing and user-friendly physical environment (landscaping, traffic congestion, cleanliness)
- Improve the visitor experience for the non-traveling public
- Develop on-airport programs that support and promote regional tourism
The primary focus of the group will be the on-airport experience. However, the team may address issues in areas adjacent to the airport that impact visitor arrival and departure.
